What You'll Need
The exact name of your Wi-Fi network (SSID) and its password
No keyboard is needed — everything is done on the touchscreen.
Step 1: Exit Kiosk Mode
Press the power button on the right side of the screen's enclosure. A menu appears on screen with three options.
Tap Exit Kiosk.
A Partner unlock keypad appears. Enter 1234. (This code only prevents casual tampering on the showroom floor — it's safe to share.)
The kiosk exits to the Android home screen.
Step 2: Connect to Your Wi-Fi Network
Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the dock at the bottom of the screen.
Network & internet opens by default. Tap Internet.
Tap your new network's name and enter its password if asked.
Wait until the network shows Connected under its name.
Step 3: Return to the Catalog
Tap the circle in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen to go back to the Android home screen.
Find the Wondersign Catalog Kiosk app and tap it. If you don't see it, swipe right — the home screen has more than one page.
The kiosk returns to kiosk mode and reopens your catalog.
If you can't find the app or the kiosk doesn't return to the catalog, contact support — don't restart the unit repeatedly.
Confirm the Kiosk Is Back Online
Press and hold the logo in the top-left corner of the screen — your store's logo, or the Home icon — for about 10 seconds until the status menu opens. A green Wi-Fi icon means the kiosk is connected and syncing.
If the icon is still red or gray, the kiosk isn't online yet. Go back through the steps above, and if it still won't connect, contact support and mention what color the icon shows.
Still Having Trouble?
Connected to Wi-Fi, but the catalog won't load: your internet service may have a firewall blocking the kiosk. See Network Requirements & Domains to Allow.
When you contact support, mention that you have a 22" SUNMI kiosk, whether your network appears in the list, what color the Wi-Fi icon shows in the status menu, and which step you got stuck on.
