Reconnect to Wi-Fi: 43" PCAP 4K Kiosk

Use these steps if you have a 43" PCAP 4K kiosk and it can no longer connect to the internet after a Wi-Fi password change or internet provider switch.

Steps

  1. Access Settings: Tap the top-right corner of the screen between three and six times. A settings icon will appear — tap it to open the settings menu.



  2. Find Your Wi-Fi In the settings menu, select Wi-Fi to see the list of available networks.


  3. Enter Your Password Find and select your Wi-Fi network name in the list. A box will appear asking for the Wi-Fi password. Carefully enter the password and tap Connect.


  4. Return to the App Once the device confirms you're connected, tap the back arrow in the top left corner of the screen to return to the catalog kiosk app.

You should now be connected to Wi-Fi!
