I Changed My Internet Provider or Wi-Fi Password — Which Device Do I Have?

Whether you switched to a new internet service provider or updated your Wi-Fi password, you'll need to reconnect your kiosk to the internet. The steps vary depending on which device you have. Follow the link to the instructions for your specific device.

24" or Larger Touchscreen (Chromebox)

This device runs on a Chromebox — a small rectangular box (roughly the size of a thick paperback book) that connects to an external touchscreen monitor. It typically has USB ports on the front and is mounted near or behind the screen.

22" ELO® Touchscreen

This is a self-contained 22" touchscreen kiosk branded by ELO®. The device has a "Home" button and a "Power" button visible on the unit itself (usually on the back or side panel).

43" PCAP 4K Kiosk

This is a large-format 43" standalone kiosk with a 4K display. It does not have physical buttons — settings are accessed by tapping the top right corner of the screen multiple times until a settings icon appears.
