Whether you have a new internet service provider or need to update the Wi-Fi password, you may need to reconnect the kiosk to the internet. Select the instructions for your specific device:

Getting Started

24" or Larger Touchscreen (Chromebox)

Requirements/Tools Needed:

  • USB keyboard

  1. Power Off/Connect Keyboard: Make sure the Chromebox is completely powered off. Connect the keyboard to the front USB port on the Chromebox. Then, press the power button on the Chromebox to turn it on.

  2. Access Network Settings: While the Chromebox is starting up, repeatedly press the Ctrl + Alt + S keys on the USB keyboard.

If you're successful, the "No Network Available" page will appear.

  3. Connect to Wi-Fi: Select your desired Wi-Fi network from the list. Enter the Wi-Fi password in the "Join Wi-Fi network" screen and tap "Connect."

  4. Launch the Catalog Kiosk App: Once the Chromebox is connected to the network, click on “Apps” in the bottom left corner of the screen. Then, click on “Wondersign Catalog Kiosk” to launch the app.
