The Wonder Billing Portal lets you manage your billing details anytime, without contacting support. In the portal, you can:
Update your payment method
View and download current and past invoices
Pay an outstanding invoice
Update your billing contact details (name, email, and addresses)
Steps to log in
Go to the Billing Portal: https://wondersign.chargebeeportal.com/
Enter your billing email address — this is the email address where you receive your Wonder invoices.
Click Submit. A one-time verification code will be sent to that email.
Check your inbox, copy the code, and enter it on the login page.
You're in! You now have access to your billing information.
Tip: The code expires after a short time. If it doesn't work, request a new one and use the most recent code.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, wait a minute and request a new code. Still nothing? Your email may not match the one on file (see below).

It's the address where you receive your Wonder invoices. If you're not sure or no longer have access to that inbox, contact our Billing team, and we'll verify your account and update it.
