Requirements/Tools Needed:
- Desktop Version of the Wondersign Catalog Kiosk App
- Sign in to your Zoom account (navigate to the Zoom.us page to create an account and download the Zoom app.)
Please Note: Depending on the comfort of your client, you can co-browse utilizing your computer's video and audio or you can co-browse while using the phone.
Getting Started
1. Visit Zoom.us, click Host a Meeting at the top of the screen, selecting your .
2. Launch the zoom.us app by clicking Open zoom.us.app.
3. Use the Share Screen icon to share your screen, and the Invite button to invite your customers.
4. Select the Wondersign Catalog Kiosk desktop app or share your entire screen.
5. Enjoy a remote walkthrough of your product line with your customer.
