How to View the Feeds and Brands on Your Account

The My Feeds page lists the data feeds connected to your account. Use it to see which data providers, manufacturers, and consumer brands you have connected, review how each feed is configured, check import status, and trigger manual updates.

Before You Begin

Open the My Feeds Page

  1. From your Dashboard, click your email address in the top-right corner to open the Admin Menu.

  2. Select My Feeds.

You'll be taken to the My Feeds page, where all feeds associated with your account are listed.

Note: Your feeds update automatically at least once every 24 hours, and on every data and price change. Use the Import Now action (see Actions, below) to pull the latest changes immediately.

Understanding the My Feeds Page

The page is organized into columns. Here's what each one shows.

Provider

The name of the feed or data source connected to your account. You can sort providers alphabetically or use the search box to find a specific one.

Config

Shows how your feed is configured with the provider. Depending on the feed, this can include your account number and your price type.

Price type identifies which pricing value the feed provides for your products. Possible values include:

  • costPrice

  • msrpPrice

  • mapPrice

  • landedPrice

Note: The label for this value depends on the feed. Most feeds display it as Price Field (showing the feed's technical field name, such as costPrice). Some direct feeds, like Ashley, display it as Price Type. In both cases, it refers to the same thing: the kind of price the feed provides.

Important: Your price type determines what kind of price your products are built from, which directly affects how you should set up your pricing rules. For example, a feed that provides only a MAP or MSRP price is already a retail-level price — not a wholesale cost — so it should not be marked up the same way. For guidance on applying the appropriate markup for your price type, see How to Set and Manage Product Prices.

Ashley Furniture Pricing Options

Ashley, as a direct feed, offers additional price options beyond the standard values. Ashley feeds include unit, unitFreight, and Net:

Price option

What it includes

Net Prices (default)

Wholesale + freight + discounts (buying group and volume discounts, when applicable)

Unit Prices (Wholesale)

Wholesale price only

Unit Prices + Freight

Wholesale + freight cost, with no discounts

Manufacturers & Consumer Brands

Click View List to see all manufacturers and consumer brands associated with the feed. You can search and filter the list by manufacturer or consumer brand.

You can also click Download as CSV to export the list.

Warehouses

Shows the warehouse assigned to the brand. Use the toggle to include or exclude the manufacturer's warehouse inventory.

Note: If the assigned warehouse is incorrect, or you'd like to change which warehouse is assigned, contact the support team.

Last Import Status & Time

Shows the result and timestamp of the most recent import:

  • Status — the outcome of the last import. Options include Complete, Failed, Scheduled, or N/A.

  • Time — when the most recent import and product update occurred.

Note: Wondersign checks for updates with the provider at least once every 24 hours. An import only runs when a change in product information has been detected.

Actions

Click the gear icon in the Actions column to open the available actions. Select Import Now to trigger an instant sync with the data source, outside of the scheduled syncs.

Explore More Brands

To browse all managed feeds and brands available to add to your account, click Explore More Brands at the bottom of the page. This takes you to the Feed Marketplace.

FAQ

How do I remove a Data Feed or Brand from my account?

Data feeds can't be removed from the My Feeds page. What to do next depends on whether the change is temporary or permanent:

  • Temporary: If you want to hide a brand's products without removing the feed, you can manage what's displayed in your catalog. See How to Remove Products from My Catalog.

  • Permanent: To permanently remove a feed from your account, contact the support team.

Why is my warehouse assignment wrong, or how do I change it?

Warehouse assignments are managed by Wonder. If the assigned warehouse is incorrect or you'd like a different one, contact the support team.

How often do my feeds update?

Automatically, at least once every 24 hours, and on every data and price change. To pull changes immediately, use Import Now in the Actions column.
