5. Select if you want to use kits to update inventory levels for kit components.

Please Note: This is only relevant if your inventory CSV contains kit SKUs. If it doesn't and you only show inventory levels on component SKUs, simply leave this box unchecked and proceed by clicking NEXT.

If you select this checkbox, you will need to choose how repeated kit components should be handled.

When selecting Overwrite, the application will be using the highest inventory value it can find, while Stack Up will cause the application to add up all numbers pertaining to the same SKU, resulting in higher total stock levels.

Click Next in the bottom right-hand corner to proceed to the second tab.

6. When importing inventory for multiple warehouse or showroom locations you need to define your CSV file structure. Choose between 2 options:

  • One row per SKU, separate column for each location - choose this method when your CSV file contains one row per SKU and multiple location inventory columns.
  • Multiple rows per SKU, separate row for each location - choose this method when your CSV file contains multiple rows per SKU and one row for each location inventory value.

Note: if you only have only one inventory location option two "Multiple rows per SKU..." will automatically map your columns in step 8.

7. Choose the CSV spreadsheet file you would like to import using the Choose File button. If your spreadsheet includes a header row with column titles please check the CSV Has Header Row checkbox.
