Getting Started
1. On the Dashboard, you’ll see the GigaCloud banner above your Devices and Products overview with the option to link your account.
2. Click Get Started with Account Linking to begin.
Please Note: Only a Retail Admin on the CAM account has permission to link the accounts. Account linking cannot be done by Wondersign or GigaCloud Admins - it has to be completed by the retailer.
3. You'll be taken to the GigaB2B account log in page where you will need to enter a valid username and password for the account. Click Login Now.
4. The next screen will ask you to confirm the connection and displays your Wondersign account name followed by your GigaCloud account name. Click Confirm.
5. You'll receive a green checkmark on the page, confirming that the accounts have been connected. From here, you can stay on GigaB2B or go back to CAM. Click Go Back to Wondersign.
6. You'll be taken back to CAM and can now see that the GigaCloud banner displays a new message, confirming that the accounts have been linked with your GigaCloud account name, a green checkmark and Active message.
7. Click the gear icon and click Manage Fulfillment Order Sync Settings to access the settings page.
8. Enable Auto Sync to ensure that orders are being synced to Giga B2B automatically. Auto Purchase will execute a purchase order (P.O.) and Sales Order automatically, as long as there are sufficient funds in the account (ACH, Line of Credit). When using credit cards, please log into Giga B2B and run the card manually. Click Save Changes.
9. To disconnect the accounts, click the gear icon next to the widget on the dashboard and select Disconnect Account. On the popover window, type DISCONNECT in the text field and click Yes, Disconnect This Account to proceed.
