Getting Started
1. Accessing Inventory Credentials:
In the top right-hand corner of the portal, click the Account menu dropdown.
Select “Settings”.
From the left-hand menu, choose the “Inventory Credentials” tab.
2. Checking Your Inventory Status:
If your status is Inactive: Proceed to the next steps (3-5) to update your credentials.
If you do not have an Inventory Status: This indicates you haven't yet set up Real-Time Inventory for your Ashley Furniture catalog. Please complete this secure form to sign up for the feature. After signing up, you will be able to follow these password update steps.
3. Updating Your Password:
Verify that your Ashley Direct Username is displayed correctly. If it is incorrect, please contact your administrator.
Enter your new Ashley Direct Password in the provided text box. Ensure the password meets any complexity requirements.
Click the “Test Credentials” button.
4. Confirmation and Saving:
A confirmation message will appear on your screen upon successful testing.
Click “Save Changes” in the top right corner to save your new password.
After saving, go to your kiosk and verify that inventory availability has been re-established. This confirms a successful password update.
