Wondersign Product Pricing Overview

Wondersign's Platform (my.catalogkiosk.com) allows you to create pricing rules to manage and set pricing for all the products in your catalog.

Wondersign will be migrating all customers to the Advanced Product Pricing Engine.

 

Features Included for Both Legacy Pricing and Advanced Product Pricing Engine:

Product Selector

Use product attributes to define which products are targeted by your pricing rules (see the table below for the available attributes to choose from).

Price Calculations

Use the price calculations tool to create mathematical and rounding expressions for Retail, List, and Rental pricing (see the table below for the available expressions).

Base Rule

Use the Base Rule as the default pricing calculation for all products that don't meet any of the custom pricing rules defined.

Freight Price Handling

Use the freight price settings to define your preferred way of handling freight pricing, you can include or exclude this value from your pricing when provided by the manufacturer.

Kitted Product Handling

Use the kitted product settings to define your preferred way of handling the pricing of kitted products.
Promotional Pricing Set promotional pricing rules using the product selector and price calculations paired with a scheduler to automatically start and pause your sales.
Drag & Drop Prioritization Prioritize your custom rules with drag and drop to sort the order of how you want your products priced.
Export & Import Pricing Import or export your product pricing via CSV file.

Price calculations from Cost only.

Price calculations from Cost, MSRP, and MAP Pricing.

Prioritization of rules is fixed in the order of Product, Category, Manufacturer, and then Base Rule e.g. all 'category' rules override 'manufacturer' rules.

All individual price rules are organized and prioritized in one place.

Rental Pricing

  • Rental terms are set and managed for each individual pricing rule.

Rental Pricing

  • Rental terms have their own settings and management.
  • Rental terms are selected from a drop-down menu when creating and editing pricing rules.

Product Selector

Can only combine attributes from the same feature set i.e. you can select multiple manufacturers to create a multi-manufacturer rule, but you cannot combine Manufacturer and Category attributes to select products.

Price Calculations

  • Price calculations are limited to one mathematical expression and rounding rule.
  • There are no MAP price settings.
  • The rounding tool is limited to rounding up or down to the nearest defined value.

Price Calculations

  • You can combine multiple mathematical expressions to create the desired price calculation.
  • There is a setting to prevent products from being priced lower than MAP (when MAP is provided).
  • The rounding tool allows you to round up and down to the nearest defined value and also allows you to set a maximum adjustment.

There is no preview of how the product selector or price calculations will affect products in the catalog.

There is no Activity History reporting for pricing rules.

Activity History

  • Pricing changes are documented with a timestamp, the email of the user who made the changes, and the exact before and after change log.
  • Button to restore to original version before a specific group of changes.

Only the ability to edit and delete rules.
