You can customize the appearance of the Promotional Prices in your Catalog Kiosk App, allowing your Promotional Prices to stand out from your everyday prices
Requirements/Tools Needed:
- Sign in to my.catalogkiosk.com using the Google Chrome web browser
Getting Started
1. Click Devices in the top navigation menu.
2. Click Settings in the Device Groups section.
3. Click the Promotional Price Display section to expand it.
The Promotion Price Display options allow you to adjust the appearance of Retail and List Prices, as well as the Rental Rates. For our example, we will be focusing on adjusting the appearance of the non Rental Rates.
Options
The different options allow you to customize the appearance to your liking. The bottom section will show you a preview of how the changes will be displayed based on your selections.
Use Promotional Price Display
Select Yes to use the promotion price display options in the Catalog Kiosk App. If you set this option to No then your promotional items will be displayed the same as your everyday prices.
List Price and Label
Select whether to Show or Don’t Show the List Price Label and List Price. If the List Price Label is being shown then you can enter the text for the List Price Label or it can be left blank.
In our example below, we are showing the List Price with the List Price Label “Full Price”.
Retail Price and Label
Select whether to Show or Don’t Show the Retail Price Label and Retail Price. If the Retail Price Label is being shown then you can enter the text for the Retail Price Label or it can be left blank.
In our example below, we are showing the Retail Price with the Retail Price Label set to "Sale Price".
Call to Action
Select whether to Show or Don’t Show a Call to Action message. If the Call to Action is being shown then you can enter the text for the Call to Action.
In our example below, we are showing the Call to Action and setting it to “Holiday Sale Item!!!”
Text Color
The color palette allows you to change the color of the corresponding text. Clicking the palette icon will open several options for you to select the color you would like to use. If the HEX value is known then it can be entered in the text box next to the palette. In our example below, we set the Retail Price Label, Retail Price, and Call to Action colors to Red.
Style Buttons
The text style buttons are used to control the style of the corresponding text. Clicking the appropriate button will select it.
- B - Bold
- I - Italicized
- S - Strikethrough
In our example below, we set the List Price Label and List Price to have a strikethrough, and the Call to Action to be in Italic.
Save the Changes and Sync the Devices
1. Click the Save Changes button.
The changes will be synced to your devices overnight during the next scheduled sync. To sync your devices immediately proceed to the next step.
2. Click Devices in the top navigation menu.
3. Click the Sync all devices button.
