How to Configure Online Checkout for Your BigCommerce Store

Configure your Catalog Kiosk to enable online checkout using your BigCommerce store. Once connected to your BigCommerce store, the Catalog Kiosk app must be setup for online checkout.

Getting Started

1. Click Devices in the top navigation.


2. Click Settings from the Device Groups section in the right column.


3. Click Cart Configuration to expand the tab.


4. Use the Checkout Method drop-down menu to select either Online Only or Offer Both Options to set the Catalog Kiosk checkout method to Online or Both Online and In Store.


5. Enter an Order confirmation message in the text field to display when customers checkout online. For example, "Thank you. Please check out on your mobile device."


6. Click Save Changes to save the new cart configurations.

A confirmation message briefly displays "Device Group Saved."
