If you manage multiple locations and accounts, you may need to navigate between the parent account and sub-account(s) in Wondersign's Commerce Automation Manager (CAM). This article guides you through the steps of accessing these sub-accounts.
Requirements/Tools Needed:
- Sign in to my.catalogkiosk.com using a Google Chrome web browser
Getting Started
1. From the dashboard, click on the CAM account name in the top left-corner
2. A pop-up window will appear, "Select Account." Begin typing the account name to access.
3. Account names will populate based on your text. Click to select the desired account.
4. You'll be taken to the desired sub-account and can verify by checking the CAM account name in the top left-corner.
Repeat as necessary to toggle between accounts.
