There are two ways to delete custom products in your catalog:
- Manually deleting individual products, allows you to delete products individually from your account - Commerce Automation Manager (my.catalogkiosk.com).
- Overriding or removing products with the product importer, removes custom products in your account that are not included in a CSV file during import.

Requirements/Tools Needed:
- Sign in to my.catalogkiosk.com (Commerce Automation Manager) using the Google Chrome web browser
- CSV file to import or update products.
Getting Started
Manually Delete Individual Products
Please Note: Deleted custom products cannot be restored. We strongly recommend saving a copy of your custom-created catalog prior to making any edits.
1. From the dashboard, go to Content and select Products from the drop-down.
2. Look for the Origin column and select the drop-down. Select Custom to filter custom products.
Custom products are items that are not added or managed by the Wondersign-provided vendor feeds sourced from the Manufacturers/Suppliers.
3. Select the product you wish to remove. From the Product Menu on the left side, select Delete.
4. A warning message will appear to confirm you want to delete this product. Type the name of the Product and click Delete Product.
Remove Products via CSV Import

1. Navigate to the CSV Importer by clicking Content and selecting Products. From the Products page select the Import Products button.
2. Select your import settings. If you want to remove custom products that are not in your CSV file, check the box Delete items from the database if they're not part of the uploaded file.
Looking to remove all custom-created products? The easiest way is to create a CSV file with a single custom product (this “dummy” product only needs a brand and SKU), select the following import settings and proceed with the steps as instructed.
